Suvendu Dey

Hi. I am Suvendu, a Civil Engineer by qualification, and a stage & audio actor, quiz master and social worker, by passion. Starting from school, down to college, University, local community, and finally the professional stage, my journey as a theatre worker continues. I have been fortunate to act in a few significant plays and adaptations of renowned authors and playwrights, and have worked with celebrated directors. I perform regularly in Sampreeti (inter-club drama festival) and for groups like Kolkata Kulture. I also happen to be a quiz master, curating and conducting some of the biggest quizzes in Kolkata. I am also an active social worker, and humbly contribute to an NGO, as a trustee member. My association with Bachhor Koori Poreyhas started with my role in its lates play “PAAHAR MAANEY KI”. I am a postgraduate in Civil Engineering, specialising in Geotechniques.
